Fifteen Gallons of Room to Experiment
The 15 Gallon Advanced Model is a complete copper still with 220V electric heat. It's for the distiller who has outgrown test batches and wants every run to count, without jumping all the way to a commercial-size pot.
Picking Your Spirit
Brandy and schnapps. Fruit is the hardest ingredient to gather in quantity and the most rewarding. Fifteen gallons lets you turn a full harvest of apples, pears, peaches or plums into one focused run where the hearts carry real fruit aroma.
Rum. Molasses washes are heavy and full of flavor. A bigger pot means a bigger hearts cut to taste and blend.
Whiskey. Grain mashes take up space, and this size holds a meaningful mash without crowding.
Gin and vodka. Both work with patience. Vodka needs several passes to come out clean and neutral, and gin is a neutral base redistilled with botanicals. A roomy pot makes those extra runs worth the effort.
Where the Science Happens
Copper meets vapor, and electric heat holds the pace. You decide where the heads end, where the hearts begin and when the rest goes to tails. Each of those calls is an experiment, and fifteen gallons gives you enough distillate to see what each choice does.
Starting from $1299. You'll need a 220V supply to run it. Talk it over with us at 603-997-6786.
Owning a still is legal in the US. Distilling alcohol requires a federal TTB permit, and you must follow federal, state and local law. This still can also be used for water and essential oils.
